By commissioning my work/services you are declaring you have read and agreed with this Terms and Conditions
By commissioning my work/services you are declaring you are an Adult (18+) who's paying for the work with your own money/card, and has responsibilities over the piece(s) content

General

🌸 MY WORKS CANNOT BE USED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF NFTs AND/OR AI GENERATED IMAGES OR OTHER PROMPTS
🌸 I am subject to style changes (styles may not look exactly as to how they were in examples)
🌸 I reserve the right to decline any commission orders without any explanation
🌸 You can request updates of the progress at any time, pokes are also encouraged
🌸 There will be extra fees if changes are requested after Sketch Approval (unless it's details I have missed)
🌸 Don't Claim my Art/Designs as your own. Make sure to credit me and link to my socials
🌸 Do not erase my watermark^{🌸 Contact will be done through Discord(karinkitsune) unless otherwise requested by client}

Payment / Refunds / Cancelations

🌸 Payments must be made in € Euro. I will send a Paypal Invoice, don't send me any currency before I request so, please
🌸 I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission with an adequate refund to the work done
🌸 Sales of pre-made items (including Character Designs/Adoptables) are FINAL
🌸 No chargebacks allowed
🌸 No refunds available after I have completed or nearly completed the commission
🌸 You may request a refund but it may or may not be granted on a case-by-case basis (Not Started = Full Refund, Started = Partial Refund)
🌸 I will only start a commission after the first payment🌸 I have 2 payment options available:➜ 1. 100% payment upfront
➜ 2. 50% payment upfront, 50% payment after sketch approval
If you pick the second option and you don't pay after 24h of sketch approval your commission will be put in HOLD and I will start the commission of another client

2. Quote ➜ 50% Payment ➜ Sketch Approval ➜ 50% Payment ➜ Lineart ➜ Flat Color ➜ Shading ➜ Delivery🌸 Your reference image(s) MUST be clear. If any aspect of the character is unclear, and a mistake is made because your reference is not clear, you are not entitled to free edits. Flat color, full body, multi-view reference sheets are preferred

Copyrights

🌸 I have all the rights to my artwork (example: use the artwork for advertising or post on social-media)
🌸 You're free to post the final piece(s) as long as you credit me with my nickname (KarinKitsune) and Carrd link (https://karinkitsune.carrd.co/#), credit me in ToyHou.se as KarinKitsune (https://toyhou.se/KarinKitsune)
🌸 Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Do not use it for commercial purposes unless a commercial fee agreement was done
🌸 I may stream any of my work, however if you do not wish for yours to be featured please inform me beforehand
🌸 You are allowed to do mild edits on your piece, such as color tweaks and changing small details, as long as it does not harm the piece's overall quality and style, keeping the artist's credits plus who edited it.

Character Designs/Adoptables

🌸 Don't resell a design for more than its original value unless they have extra Commissioned or Personal work (don't exaggerate on price). Gift Art, Art Trades or Character/Items Trades do not add up to the value.
🌸 You can redesign/edit my designs but keep the credits of the original design to me
🌸 You can Void/despecies a design by me but only if their Species TOS allows you so and you inform me about it. Please don't purchase my designs from Closed Species if you are going to void them right away
🌸 Don't Buy/Bid/Offer on a design and back out without notifying me first + your reason to back out, before deleting your comment. Failure to do so will result in a strike. However, if I consider your reasoning not appropriate, you will receive a warning, and if multiple times you will get Blacklisted.
